The apartment is located on the 1st floor after the market (normal 3rd floor). There is everything necessary for rest and living. There is no Internet in the apartment. There is wifi in the social area near the pool.

Payment for short-term rent:

• From December 1 to April 15 - 30 euros per day. From April 16 to November 30 - 50 euros per day.
• Electricity and water are paid for by meters
• Final cleaning is paid by the tenant
• Deposit 300 euros (refundable upon check-out)

Payment for long-term rent:

• Rental price per month 500 euros. The tenant immediately pays the first and last month of living.
• Deposit 500 euros (refundable upon check-out)
• Agent commission 500 euros
• Electricity, water and aidat are paid by the Tenant
• Final cleaning is paid by the tenant
