Payment for short-term rent:

• From 1 November to 30 March 450 euros per month / 20 euros per day
• From 1 April to 30 October 750 euros per month / 30 euros per day
• Light and water paid by meters
• Final cleaning is paid by the tenant
• Deposit 300 euros (refundable upon check-out)

Payment for long-term rent:

• Rental price per month 500 euros. The tenant immediately pays the first and last month of living.
• Deposit 500 euros (refundable upon check-out)
• Agent commission 500 euros
• Electricity, water and aidat are paid by the Tenant
• Final cleaning is paid by the tenant
