The Onur sitesi complex consists of four houses, in 2023 the exterior department of the complex was made (puttying and painting the walls, waterproofing the roof, redecorating the local area).

- on the large balcony there is a stove-fireplace in which you can fry shish kebabs, etc.
- installed filter for drinking water (reverse osmosis system), drinking water of good quality;
- an emergency lighting fixture is installed in the hallway;
- in 2023, carpets were purchased for the entire working surface of the floor (during the cold period);
-a small balcony is glazed, on a large roller shutter;
- a socket was removed from the apartment to the parking lot for charging an electric bike (on / off if necessary);
- Doors for a pet are installed in the interior doors
