What is TAPU. Types of TAPU.

TAPU is a document that verifies the ownership rights. It takes at most 5 business days to receive TAPU in Turkey. There are 2 types of TAPU: red and blue. Red TAPU:  plot of land with specific object. Blue TAPU: plot of land. TAPU includes description of: city, district, street, plot number and its square, block number, apartment number and price, name and surname both of seller and buyer. You should check TAPU carefully, whether the previous owner does not have debts, mortgage and pledges. Unlimited number of people can be recorded in TAPU. There is a photo of new owner in the right upper corner and beneath there is a signature of authorized person and stamp of cadastral management.
